Product Description

STANDARD SET PREMIUM is a cementitious, thinset, high polymer modified, single-component
heavy-duty adhesive for internal and external floor and wall applications. It provides
excellent adhesion on concrete, plastered surfaces and other cementitious substrates, with
high flexibility and superior bond strength making it an ideal choice for vertical stone
cladding; the white variant enhances aesthetics for light coloured stones.

Mixing Ratio Powder : Water ≈ 25–30% by weight.
Open Time 30–40 minutes @ 23–27°C.
Pot Life Approx. 1.5 hours ± 30 minutes.
Setting Time 16–24 hours.
Trafficable Time 24 hours.
Tensile Adhesion Strength ≥ 2.0 N/mm² (dry, 28 days); 1.50–1.80 N/mm² (wet).
Shear Adhesion Strength 1.90–2.00 N/mm² (dry); 1.60–1.80 N/mm² (wet).
Slip Resistance ≤ 0.5 mm.
Deformability 2.85–3.00 mm (S1 category).

Coverage & Packing

  • Coverage: Approx. 3.2 sq. ft./kg at ~6 mm bed thickness.
  • Available Pack: 20 kg bag.

Shelf Life

Factory sealed packs are best before 12 months from the date of manufacturing
when stored in unopened condition in a cool and dry place.
