STANDARD SET IG 65

Free Flow Non-Shrink High Strength Industrial Grout

Standard Followed: ASTM C 109, ASTM C 230

Product Description

STANDARD SET IG 65 is a premixed cementitious, freeflow, nonshrink, high strength,
industrial precision grout which is essential to withstand static and dynamic loads.
It is designed to give positive expansion in plastic and hardened states, producing
a low porosity and highly durable grout. The formulation uses fine blended Portland
cement, graded sand and additives to achieve controlled expansion with low water
demand, minimizing segregation and delivering high early strength and long-lasting
durability.

Applications

  • Engineering precision grouting applications.
  • Grouting of machinery base plates and foundations.
  • Grouting of structural columns, foundations, masts and fence posts.
  • Grouting voids, cavities and gaps in concrete.
  • Grouting of anchor bolts, various fixings and general-purpose grouting in concrete.
  • General-purpose grouting of narrow cracks between concrete and metal surfaces.

Suitable Substrates

  • Machinery base plates and bearing foundations.
  • Turbines and compressors base plates.
  • Structural columns and power line stanchions in concrete structures.
  • Pump and accessory bases.
  • Crane tracks, rail posts, dowels and sealing bolts.
  • Boiler and pump foundation anchor bolts.
  • Precast structural member joints.
  • Windows / doors holepars (as applicable).

Special Features

  • Excellent fluidity and quick strength development.
  • Flows through narrow sections.
  • Two-stage expanding engineering grout.
  • Resistant to chemicals and gases.
  • Nonflammable, non-corrosive and non-toxic.
  • Gaseous expansion system compensates shrinkage and settlement in plastic state.
  • Self-compacting and easy to place (no vibration required).
  • High coverage and economical.
