STANDARD SET BLOCK FIX

High Bond Strength Thin-Bed Block Jointing Mortar

ASTM C 1660 – Classified Product

Product Description

STANDARD SET BLOCK FIX is a thin-bed, high bond strength, pre-mixed masonry
mortar comprising Portland cement, specially graded sand and polymer
admixtures. It is formulated to provide excellent adhesion with air-entraining
properties and replaces conventional 12–18 mm sand–cement mortar with a
versatile ~3 mm joint thickness, enabling faster, economical wall construction.

Special Features

  • Higher bonding with enhanced air entrainment for superior block adhesion.
  • Thin 3 mm joints reduce material consumption and construction cost.
  • Non-shrink formulation helps prevent cracks in block joints.
  • Fast setting system “glues” blocks together quickly.
  • Ready-mixed, consistent quality product for new construction and renovation.
  • Eco-friendly solution with no post-fixing curing required.

Applications
