multipurpose latex used as a bonding agent, repair mortar quality enhancer,
waterproofing agent and primer for cementitious applications on internal and

High Performance SBR Latex For Waterproofing

Product Description

BOND LATEX is a modified Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR) based multipurpose,
high-quality latex in liquid consistency. It can be used as a bonding agent,
as a quality enhancer in repair mortars, as a waterproofing agent and as a
primer coating in cementitious applications, and is suitable for internal and
external applications when intermixed with cement.

  • Repair mortar for repairing old and new concrete structures.
  • Mortar and tile adhesive quality improver for enhanced performance.
  • Cement mortar quality enhancer to improve bonding and durability.
  • Bond coat / bonding agent for old-to-new concrete bonding and undercoat cementitious work.
  • Waterproofing of small roofs, toilets, bathrooms and balconies.
