STANDARD SET MICRO CONCRETE

STANDARD SET MICRO CONCRETE

STANDARD SET MICRO CONCRETE is a cementitious,
non-shrink, pourable, high-strength microconcrete for structural repairs, ideal for
restoring damaged concrete surfaces (spalling/mechanical damage) and for strengthening
works such as encasement build-ups and jacketing.

  • Non-shrink, flowable microconcrete that helps eliminate honeycombing
  • Recommended thickness: 20–100 mm
  • High initial and final strength with excellent resistance to moisture ingress
  • Can be pumped in restricted areas; no compaction required
  • Coverage approx. 5–5.5 sq. ft. (25 kg) at 20 mm thickness

STANDARD SET MICRO CONCRETE

High Strength Microconcrete

Standard Followed: ASTM C 109 and ASTM C 230

Product Description

STANDARD SET MICRO CONCRETE is a cementitious, nonshrink, pourable, high strength microconcrete
designed for structural repair with high precision. It is specially designed for restoring
horizontal concrete surfaces damaged through concrete spalling and mechanical causes.
It is recommended for thickness from 20 to 100 mm and is suitable for structural strengthening
measures such as encasement build-ups and jacketing.

Applications

  • Repairing damaged reinforced concrete elements like slabs, beams and columns.
  • Repairs of concrete walls.
  • Repairs where access is restricted and compaction is not possible.
  • Jacketing of RCC columns to increase load bearing capacity.
  • Pumping and pouring in restricted areas.

Suitable Substrates

  • Any kind of internal and external concrete repairs.
  • Concrete structures like columns, beams, floors, walls and other concrete repairs.

Special Features

  • Flowable mortar helps eliminate honeycombing.
  • Develops high initial and final strength.
  • Gaseous expansion system compensates for shrinkage and settlement in plastic state.
  • Excellent resistance to moisture ingress.
  • Easy to clean and can be pumped in restricted areas.
  • No compaction required.
  • Contains no chloride.
